Anya Pazhoor is a first-year medical student at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She joined the Think Tank because she wanted to work with a diverse group of individuals to create meaningful and tangible change within the scope of rural health and public policy in her community. She is part of the Health Policy and Symposium working groups within Think Tank. Additionally, Anya's extracurriculars and involvement include the Pediatrics Interest Group, Dermatology Interest Group, Emergency Medicine Interest Group, and OB/GYN Interest Group.
