Students across the Texas Tech University System founded a 21st century think tank to serve the West Texas region in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. ​​​

This first of its kind system-wide organization that connects students, faculty, and staff from five different large academic institutions in West Texas, including two medical schools.​
