PAST STUDENT BOARD MEMBER - ANGELO STATE UNIVERSITY
Christian is a Senior at Angelo State University studying Biology. Having been born and raised in West Texas, he has a unique understanding and deep appreciation of his community that motivates him to improve the health and wellbeing of his fellow residents, which is why he joined the Think Tank.Â
At Angelo State, he achieved recognition as a TTUHSC School of Medicine Early Acceptance via ASU Honors Program, Angelo State Carr Elite Merit Scholar, National Merit Scholar, ASU Dean's Scholar in Biology and Chemistry, and ASU Science and Engineering Dean's List. Christian is also involved in research and has gotten grants for ASU Undergraduate Research Grant in Biology, Tri-Beta Biological Honors Society Undergraduate Research Grant, ASU Undergraduate Research Grant in Chemistry, and Welch Foundation Chemistry Research Scholarship.
Aside from the TTU System Think Tank, he serves as the ASU Chapter President for Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society, ASU Chapter Secretary for American Chemical Society, and the Public Relations Chair for Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Midland. He also is involved in Angelo State BioLunch, Angelo State Honors Program, Alpha Chi Honors Society, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society.
