Erin Toro is a fourth-year medical student at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso – Foster School of Medicine. She is a member of the Symposium and Mentorship working groups within Think Tank. Erin joined Think Tank to become more involved in the policies and interventions that influence healthcare in her community, with a particular focus on advancing health equity.

She has played a key leadership role in the organization, having founded the mentorship program for Think Tank in El Paso, which continues to create meaningful connections between students and community members. Erin’s contributions reflect her commitment to fostering collaboration, supporting peers, and promoting initiatives that address disparities in healthcare.
