Gabriella Gonzalez

Gabriella Gonzalez is a third-year dentistry student at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry - El Paso. She is part of the Community Outreach and Mentorship working groups within Think Tank. She joined Think Tank because public health has been a long-standing passion of hers, and she envisions her future serving in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where she can provide much-needed care to underserved populations in rural communities. Think Tank's emphasis on rural health disparities and its commitment to serving rural and underserved urban populations aligns with her aspirations. She is excited to collaborate on initiatives promoting meaningful, lasting change. She feels that being part of this group is an incredible opportunity to advocate for and contribute to health equity efforts that impact the communities she cares about most. Gabriella's extracurriculars and involvement include being President of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry (AAPHD) Student Chapter, Vice President of the Hispanic Student Dental Association (HSDA) Student Chapter, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) candidate for UTHealth Houston -School of Public Health.
